Delivery within Australia

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, where stock is available at our online warehouse, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Registered Post

  • Goods will be delivered in approximately 5-7 working days
  • $20.00 postage and handling for deliveries within Australia
  • Free domestic shipping for orders over $200 (applies to full priced product only)
  • Delivery of Gift Vouchers is at a flat rate of $4.00
  • Tracking is generally available at least 2 days after shipment.

International Orders

  • Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days.
  • $55.00 postage and handling for deliveries outside of Australia
  • Delivery of Gift Vouchers is at a flat rate of $4.00
  • Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.
  • Please note: International orders may take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.

Please note: The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Late Deliveries

If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following:

If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. No additional postage charges apply. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher or a refund, (online or at any Farage boutique) but only on items that are unworn.

Please note:

  • No refunds on sale items – exchange only.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.
  • You need to send the original receipt with your order.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of order date. Refund will exclude ANY postage costs. Customers who receive shipping discounts must be aware that the full flat rate postage cost will still be deducted from the refund.
  • If one item is returned when two or more items have been purchased equaling $200 or more (qualifying for free domestic shipping): If the item/s the customer chooses to keep is still over $200, shipping WON’T be deducted from the refund of the returned item.
  • If one item is returned when two or more items have been purchased equaling $200 or more (qualifying for free domestic shipping): If the item/s kept falls under $200, shipping WILL be deducted from the refund of the returned item as the discount no longer applies.

Returns by mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise along with a Farage returns form within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Please return product to us via registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Return to any Farage store
You can return merchandise to any Farage store within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Bring in your receipt, Farage returns form and the credit card you used when you ordered.

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original saleable condition with tags attached.
